  • Profile:

    The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the release life cycle of the projects developed by his/her assigned team, coordinates release deliverables across internal and external teams. He / She will be working closely with internal and external engineering teams.

    Main Responsibilities:

    In order to bring projects to successful release, the Technical Project Manager will:

    • Engage with engineering teams to plan their release scope in the context of the release plan
    • Contribute to the continuous release planning process and deliverables and ensure adherence to guidelines and checklists
    • Identify, communicate, and track risks to on-time and on-quality delivery
    • Unblock teams when they encounter impediments
    • Drive continuous improvement and change management around agile methodology
    • Develop and maintain productive relationships with all internal stakeholders
    • Works with assigned Development Manager(s) on task assignments, and engineering escalations, project planning and prioritization
    • Collaborate with internal teams to drive prioritization, analysis and resolution of complex technical issues

    Required Skills:

    • 3+ years demonstrated success with projects in an enterprise software setting
    • Experience in Project Management and complex operations
    • Experience with Oracle technology and tools will be considered a strong asset
    • Exposure to software development processes (as a program or release manager, developer, project manager or product owner)
    • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with local and global teams.
    • Scrum or other agile software development methodology

  • Profile:

    Weblogic Administrator will work with a team of middleware administrators to maintain corporate and customer middleware environments.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Perform all installation/configuration and maintenance-level middleware administrative functions including but not limited to patch installation and capacity management
    • Monitor middleware performance and assists with middleware security
    • Analyze and resolve middleware user incidents
    • Monitor corporate and customer systems for service availability

    Required Skills:

    • University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study.
    • Experience in Oracle Weblogic administration / installation.
    • Experience in Shell Scripting, WLST, Python.
    • Familiar with Oracle db.
    • Familiar with Linux OS.
    • Fluency in English language.
    • Energy, initiative, and a positive attitude.
    • Ability to apply analytical skills related to problem resolution and keen attention to detail.

    Desired Skills:

    The following skills/experience are not mandatory, but will be considered:

    • Experience with Oracle OBIEE administration
    • experience in Oracle SOA/OSB administration / installation.
    • Experience in Apache Web Server administration
  • Profile:

    The Test Engineer will analyze the requirements of the customer and design testing scenarios and test cases that will demonstrate conformance to functional and non-functional requirements. He / she will also develop automated test cases and maintain automation test suites and will analyze test results to confirm and communicate the cause of discrepancies.

    Required Skills:

    • University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study.
    • Familiar with understanding requirements, use cases and design specifications and able to define detailed test cases from these artifacts.
    • Experience in testing services including test automation.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Very good command of English language

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience in usage of testing automation tools (Preferable Selenium, SOAPUI, Jmeter).
  • Profile:

    Main Responsibilities/Challenges:

    • Lead technical design of product requirements
    • Lead Development team implementation
    • Coordinate and perform manual code reviews, ensure implementation follows the designs
    • Monitor automated code reviews of team’s deliverables and take corrective actions to achieve product reliability
    • Coordinate defect management
    • Develop expertise in the product domains
    • Maintain product technical documentation
    • Contribute to product documentation

    Required Skills:

    • University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study
    • Minimum 7 years of full stack development experience
    • Experience in technical leading roles
    • Solid knowledge in Java and SQL programming
    • Experience in Web Applications development with latest JS frameworks (Knockout, REACT, etc.)
    • Experience in implementations with JEE (JPA, JAXRS, JAXWS)
    • Very good command of English language

    Desired Skills:

    • Knowledge of JS frameworks, Oracle JET experience is considered an asset.
    • Experience in Oracle SOA or BPM Suite
    • Experience in Web Services (SOAP or REST)
    • Experience in Oracle ADF
    • Knowledge of Maven is a plus
  • Profile:

    A Front End Developer will design and build web applications to meet business process and application requirements. He / She will build out web applications for MRHT products that accommodate a rich User Experience.

    Required Skills:

    • University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study.
    • At least 2 years of working experience in Front End development.
    • Solid knowledge of semantic HTML5, JavaScript(ES6) and CSS3, Responsive Design.
    • Experience in consuming web services and REST APIs.
    • Familiarity with MV* JavaScript frameworks, Knockout.js experience is considered an asset.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Very good command of the English language

    Desired Skills:

    • Knowledge of TypeScript
    • Knowledge of Modern Web APIs like Web Components and Fetch.
    • Experience in usage of code versioning tools (Git) and npm.
  • Profile:

    Junior Database Administrator will work with a team of database administrators to maintain corporate and customer database systems.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Performs all configuration and maintenance-level database administrative functions including but not limited to patch installation and capacity management
    • Monitors database performance and assists with database security
    • Analyzes and resolves database user incidents
    • Manages database user account creation, access and permissions
    • Performs operations in a way that the impact on database downtime is minimized following company’s and customers’ standard procedures
    • Ensures all change management procedures are followed
    • Performs and monitors backup/restore procedures
    • Monitors corporate and customer systems for service availability
    • Monitors scheduled jobs and DR synchronization processes

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
    • 2+ years of experience with Oracle RDBMS
    • Experience with Oracle OEM
    • Experience with database tuning, backup and recovery
    • Experience with Linux Operating Systems
    • Energy, initiative, and a positive attitude
    • Ability to apply analytical skills related to problem resolution and keen attention to detail
    • Flexible to work overnight and weekend if required

    • Experience with Oracle Weblogic Server
