  • Profile:

    The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the release life cycle of the projects developed by his/her assigned team, coordinates release deliverables across internal and external teams. He / She will be working closely with internal and external engineering teams.

    Main Responsibilities:

    In order to bring projects to successful release, the Technical Project Manager will:

    • Engage with engineering teams to plan their release scope in the context of the release plan
    • Contribute to the continuous release planning process and deliverables and ensure adherence to guidelines and checklists
    • Identify, communicate, and track risks to on-time and on-quality delivery
    • Unblock teams when they encounter impediments
    • Drive continuous improvement and change management around agile methodology
    • Develop and maintain productive relationships with all internal stakeholders
    • Works with assigned Development Manager(s) on task assignments, and engineering escalations, project planning and prioritization
    • Collaborate with internal teams to drive prioritization, analysis and resolution of complex technical issues

    Required Skills:

    • 3+ years demonstrated success with projects in an enterprise software setting
    • Experience in Project Management and complex operations
    • Experience with Oracle technology and tools will be considered a strong asset
    • Exposure to software development processes (as a program or release manager, developer, project manager or product owner)
    • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with local and global teams.

  • Profile:

    The Test Engineer will analyze the requirements of the customer and design testing scenarios and test cases that will demonstrate conformance to functional and non-functional requirements. He / she will also develop automated test cases and maintain automation test suites and will analyze test results to confirm and communicate the cause of discrepancies.

    Required Skills:

    • University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study.
    • Familiar with understanding requirements, use cases and design specifications and able to define detailed test cases from these artifacts.
    • Experience in testing services including test automation.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Very good command of English language

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience in usage of testing automation tools (Preferable Selenium, SOAPUI, Jmeter).
  • Profile:

    We are seeking for a Senior Systems Administrator who will work closely with the IT Systems Administrators to maintain, configure and support MR HealthTech’s (MRHT) internal systems, including network, internet, telephone, servers and services, cabling, end-user hardware and software.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Providing support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. Documenting, tracking and monitoring issues to ensure timely resolutions in MRHT’s incident tracking system
    • Providing Oracle/RedHat Linux and MS Windows Server operating system setup, support and troubleshooting for servers hardware. Installing new software releases and system upgrades
    • Assisting in the creation of training materials and procedures, and/or training users in the proper use of hardware and software
    • Providing servers support & troubleshooting in physical virtualized (VMware, Oracle VM Server) and cloud environments. Managing and implemented server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor supplied patches
    • Assisting in the configuration of network for DNS, DHCP, VPN, LDAP, digital certificates, etc.
    • Administrating security tools and applications (Antivirus, Antimalware, etc.)
    • Managing network devices such as Firewalls, WAF, routers and switches
    • Involve on backup processes and activities
    • Providing support and administrating Citrix NetScaler environment
    • Administrating Atlassian’s application (Jira, confluence, bitbucket, etc.)

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
    • Experience with Oracle/RedHat Linux, MS Windows servers
    • Experience on automation tools and scripting on both Linux and Windows servers
    • Experience configuring and maintaining firewalls, routers and switches.
    • Experience on Atlassian’s applications
    • Experience installing applications and operating systems on servers and workstations
    • Must be able to effectively communicate with users on complex problem resolution
    • Must have good customer service skills, time management, and a strong attention to details
    • Understanding of technical support practices such as ticket documentation, service level agreements, statistics and escalation processes

  • Profile:

    Main Responsibilities/Challenges:

    • Lead technical design of product requirements
    • Lead Development team implementation
    • Coordinate and perform manual code reviews, ensure implementation follows the designs
    • Monitor automated code reviews of team’s deliverables and take corrective actions to achieve product reliability
    • Coordinate defect management
    • Develop expertise in the product domains
    • Maintain product technical documentation
    • Contribute to product documentation

    Required Skills:

    • University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study
    • Minimum 7 years of full stack development experience
    • Experience in technical leading roles
    • Solid knowledge in Java and SQL programming
    • Experience in Web Applications development with latest JS frameworks (Knockout, REACT, etc.)
    • Experience in implementations with JEE (JPA, JAXRS, JAXWS)
    • Very good command of English language

    Desired Skills:

    • Knowledge of JS frameworks, Oracle JET experience is considered an asset.
    • Experience in Oracle SOA or BPM Suite
    • Experience in Web Services (SOAP or REST)
    • Experience in Oracle ADF
    • Knowledge of Maven is a plus
  • Profile:

    A Front End Developer will design and build web applications to meet business process and application requirements. He / She will build out web applications for MRHT products that accommodate a rich User Experience.

    Required Skills:

    • University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study.
    • At least 2 years of working experience in Front End development.
    • Solid knowledge of semantic HTML5, JavaScript(ES6) and CSS3, Responsive Design.
    • Experience in consuming web services and REST APIs.
    • Familiarity with MV* JavaScript frameworks, Knockout.js experience is considered an asset.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Very good command of the English language

    Desired Skills:

    • Knowledge of TypeScript
    • Knowledge of Modern Web APIs like Web Components and Fetch.
    • Experience in usage of code versioning tools (Git) and npm.
  • Profile:

    We are seeking for a Technical Writer for the design, preparation and creation of documents that support the development and release of software products. In this role the Technical Writer will be creating, tracking and updating technical and business process documentation, defining and improving documentation standards and processes, and tracking change documentation for our key projects and releases.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Support the creation and editing of technical content for manuals, reports, release notes, proposals and presentations.
    • Reviews draft material consolidate comments and test the user’s documentation of every software release.
    • Converting technical concepts and language into clear, accurate and concise documentation.
    • Format technical content for correct punctuation, grammar, and spelling, and ensure deliverables are submitted error-free and on time.
    • Revise technical specifications and documents to use plain language for external audiences.

    Required Skills:

    • University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Literature or relevant field of study.
    • Experience in document management would be an asset.
    • 2 – 3 years of work experience in Technical Writing, Documentation or Help Desk of application systems would be an asset.
    • Well-developed organizational skills.
