  • Profile:

    Candidates will be responsible for the development, support, maintenance and implementation of complex workflow solutions using Oracle SOA components (BPEL, BPM, ACM, OSB, Human Workflow and Business Rules). Candidates are expected to:

    • Work closely with the architects, business analysts, software engineers and other employees to execute project plans
    • Analyze specifications and requirements to design and implement end-to-end SOA solutions with functional and technical components.
    • Become members of an experienced development team that supports the development and testing of new andexisting applications using Oracle Fusion Middleware.

    Qualifications:

    • University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study
    • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Oracle SOA components development (BPEL, OBR, BPM, OSB)
    • Knowledge of XQuery, XML, XSD and XSLT
    • Understanding of build and source control tools and processes
    • Experience in any of the following Oracle ADF, WebCenter Content (UCM) and Oracle Database will be considered an asset
    • Fluency in English language
  • Profile:
    Participating in a development team for building applications with end-to-end support for modeling, developing, debugging, and deploying e-business applications.

    Required skills:

    • University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with analysis, design and implementation of multi-tier enterprise application in Java and/or Java EE.
    • Hands-on experience with Java Web Application Frameworks, HTML5, JavaScript Frameworks (like KnockoutJS) .
    • Good communication and documentation skills
    • Fluency in English language.

    Desired skills:

    The following skills/experience are not mandatory, but will be considered:

    • Experience with Oracle Weblogic Server
    • Experience in PL/SQL and stored procedures

  • Profile:

    The Business Analyst is the vital link between information technology capacity and the business objectives. We are looking for an accomplished business analyst with in-depth experience of completing detailed business process analysis and requirement gathering to enable the delivery of complex software development projects.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements along with reporting and alerting requirements
    • Understanding, designing, documenting and maintaining business processes and workflows and their relationships to current and future software solutions.
    • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
    • Assisting business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks
    • Support development teams to ensure a solution meets its business requirements
    • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
    • Read and interpret documentation such as requirements definitions, installation instructions, technical articles and procedure manuals
    • Ensure all documents are reviewed, clarified, organized, and conformed to organizational standards

    Required skills:

    • University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study.
    • Expected to have 5+ years’ experience in Business / IT Systems Analysis
    • Proven record in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into IT business solutions.
    • Knowledge and experience in the Insurance industry will be considered an asset
    • Certification in Business Analysis will also be highly appreciated
    • Ability to function in an agile development environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  • Profile:
    Candidate will be responsible for the development of solution and technical architecture of the company products in accordance with the approved enterprise architectural standards.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience as technical architect and 5 years of experience as a developer
    • Experience in designing and implementing solutions using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) with Enterprise Service Bus, Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) and Business Process Management (BPM) and Java
    • Expertise in the Oracle Technology (Fusion Middleware) is required
    • Experience in the OracleWeblogic Server (12c), Oracle JDeveloper 12cand knowledge of the Oracle Database System is necessary
    • Experience in information systems for the Health Insurance business is also a plus
    • Certification in an Architecture Framework is also considered a plus
    • University level degree (or higher education institute) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study

  • Profile:

    Solutions Delivery Specialist will be responsible for the integration of information systems into new or existing business environments/organizations. He/she will work closely with business executives and system users to identify setup requirements and modification needs and will be responsible for setting up the system as well as providing training and assistance to users.

    Required Skills:

    • University level degree (at postgraduate level is a plus) in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or other field of study.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance Business (preferably in Health Insurance) with significant operational responsibility (e.g. production, claims).
    • Alternatively, candidates may have minimum 5 years of experience in information systems implementation (preferably in the insurance industry).
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Fluency in English and/or any other language.
    • Experience in project management and/or training is considered an asset.
  • Profile:

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Nurtures customers to become advocates and develops innovative programs to support optimal customer engagement
    • Plans and manages customer group events such as Regional Customer Group meetings
    • Builds and maintains an active and engaged customer community where customers are enabled to access, create and collaborate via discussions, content and information about topics of mutual interest
    • Moderates online and offline conversations with the customer community
    • Works with Product division to coordinate community postings as appropriate across the different members and touchpoints
    • Co-operates with the Product & Account teams to ensure customer feedback is captured efficiently
    • Monitors and measures the success of community engagement (i.e. number of power users, number of discussions, etc.), and provides relevant reports and insights on customer engagement
    • Reviews, understands and analyzes competitors to identify and strengthen the value proposition and unique selling points of the product

    Required Skills:

    • 3+ years of experience in in community management or communications
    • Experience in enterprise software industry
    • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum)
    • Experience in an analytical role a plus
    • BA or MBA in communications, marketing, journalism or related.
    • Excellent communication, presentation development and presentation skills
    • Fluency in English
    • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
    • Collaborative leadership, specifically driving programs beyond and across organizational boundaries
